We begin with a scoping conversation to understand your starting point, what needs to be built, and what success looks like. From that, we produce a defined project scope with a fixed investment. Everything is agreed before any work begins – there are no open-ended commitments and no scope creep.
What happens once the project is delivered?
You receive a complete handover – all assets, documentation, credentials, and a post-launch support window. You own everything built outright. If ongoing support or further build work makes sense after delivery, we'll discuss what that looks like, but there is no obligation to continue.
